Ben and Bonnie were surrendered to us from a family who could no longer look after them but who had themselves rescued the two from an abusive environment. Here is what we said about them when we first put up

Ben is a Chihuahua cross with possibly a Jack Russell of five and a half years. He is very quiet and bonded with Bonnie so these two will not be separated. Ben is very quiet and friendly. They will not be suited with children under twelve years and preferably no other dogs. They do get on ok with a cat.
Ben has been desexed, fully immunised, microchip 900032001971535. PER 100224.
Ben's price is $350 ($700 for the two dogs Bonnie and Ben)
Bonnie.
Bonnie (back) is toilet trained and very quiet, totally bonded with Ben. (Friday, 15th of November 2019)
Bonnie is a pure white Chihuahua of five years, who is very bonded with her mate Ben — so these two will not be separated. Bonnie is toilet trained and very quiet. They will not be suited with children under 12 years, and best to be the only two dogs in the family. They are ok with a cat if introduced correctly.

We felt so lucky to see this update from Ben and Bonnie. It's good to see them going strong!

I felt it was time we gave you an update on Ben and Bonnie.
Firstly I must say whoever had these two little fur babies must have loved them very much. They are so good and I'm sure they understand every word we speak.
Unfortunately we do have one problem. Their Daddy's birthday present have chosen me, but they do go to him if I'm not sitting down. Bonnie especially doesn't let me out of her sight and is also very protective of me.
Thank you for allowing us to be their Mum and Dad.

That is so fantastic to hear! Bless them — I am so happy to hear they have bonded so well with you, but also with their Daddy when you are not there. It's fairly typical with Chihuahuas!
